about this production

quickening In Quickening, the lives of five women with little or nothing in common intersect in the waiting room of an abortion clinic. Through flash-backs and flash-forwards, we learn how this single, monumental decision informs and affects everything around them. Quickening eschews the heavy-handed "will she or won't she" debate typical of most dramas which address the difficult subject of abortion, and instead investigates the impact of this choice on the women who make it.
